On May 3, 1991, Carlo Acutis was born in London, England, to Italian parents. His life was short but extraordinary, marked by a profound love for the Blessed Sacrament and a dedication to spreading Eucharistic miracles.

As a young boy, Carlo displayed an unwavering faith. He attended Mass daily, spent hours in Eucharistic adoration, and studied the lives of saints. His deep understanding of the Eucharist led him to develop a website dedicated to documenting Eucharistic miracles around the world.

Exceptional Life, Eternal Impact

Carlo's life was not without challenges. In 2006, he was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. Despite the pain and suffering, he remained steadfast in his faith and offered his suffering for the sick and dying.

On October 12, 2006, Carlo passed away at the age of 15. His death shocked and saddened many, but his legacy continued to inspire countless others.

Beatification and Canonization

In 2020, Pope Francis recognized Carlo's first miracle, paving the way for his beatification. On October 10, 2023, Carlo was beatified in Assisi, Italy. The second miracle needed for canonization was recognized by Pope Francis on May 23, 2024.
